Victoria Beckham Beauty accepts returns of unused or lightly sampled products within 30 days of purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction with our high-performance formulas. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
